Allow new and veteran IT admins to track and understand the correct workflows quickly for the US, EU, and UK and deliver in 90 days.

Objective

Based on user research, determined top 5 workflows IT admins required frequent check-ups on. Organized the workflows by region as cross-regional scanning is not often required. Finally, provided a details modal to describe workflow functions for new IT admins.

Approach

Created a responsive UI design using Figma to allow for IT admins to check workflows while on the go. Provided simple documentation for developers and aligned with engineers to make sure items were described clearly. Demonstrated a walkthrough of how the application worked so that developers understood interactions and behaviors.

Execution

Launched a simple, yet effective, site to thousands of IT admins in under 90 days. The site was clear of bugs, performance issues, and matched Xerox’s new brand guidelines.
